Join the Qwik Kiwi Tribe as you prepare for the The Nelson Half, or the 10km or 5km as part of the Nelson Festival of Running.

As part of this programme you will get access to your training plan. As part of the package you get:

  • A 20 week training plan,
  • Fortnightly Coaching Call with myself,
  • The K2M 20 Week Training Bible, and
  • The dedicated Coach Ray / Qwik Kiwi Coaching support group.

There are a number of training plan options to choose from:

  • Intermediate 20 Week Trail Marathon Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week Trail Half Marathon Programme
  • Intermediate 20 Week Trail Half Marathon Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week 10km Programme
  • Intermediate 20 Week 10km Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week Trail Marathon Walking Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week Trail Half Marathon Walking Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week 10km Walking Programme
  • Beginner 20 Week Trail 52km Cycle Programme
  • Intermediate 20 Week Trail 52km Cycle Programme

* If you are looking at entering the Hybrid Run/Walk category, I'd recommend following the Beginner run Programme

and you can add the optional Strength & Conditioning programmes designed to compliment your running:

  • Body Weight/No Equipment do at Home Strength & Conditioning plan ($67), or
  • Gym based Strength & Conditioning plan ($67).
